- Understand the software system the company is operating

- Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages            

5. IT equipment:

- Manage quantity and configuration of PC and laptop

- Work with related departments to liquidate, buy new, upgrade, repair, renew electronic devices, software, domains, VPNs, network services
